Power saving

  • Most of the energy in washing machines goes into heating water. Use cold water settings for lightly soiled clothes to save electricity.
  • Avoid washing small loads frequently — run your machine with a full or balanced load to reduce overall power use.
  • Choose “Eco” or “Quick Wash” modes when possible. They consume less electricity and water while giving great results.
  • Even when turned off, washing machines draw standby power. Unplug or switch off from the main socket to avoid waste.

Mantainance

  • Run an empty hot-water cycle with a little vinegar or washing machine cleaner to remove detergent buildup and odor.
  • Inspect inlet and drain hoses for cracks, leaks, or clogs. Replace damaged hoses immediately to prevent flooding.
  • Clean the lint filter every 15–20 washes to maintain smooth water flow and protect the motor.
  • Allow moisture to evaporate by leaving the lid or door slightly open after each wash — prevents mold and musty smell.

Wiring

  • Always connect your washing machine to a dedicated 3-pin grounded outlet — avoid extension cords.
  • Replace damaged or loose wires immediately. Poor connections can cause sparks or short circuits.
  • In areas with fluctuating power supply, use a stabilizer to protect the control board and motor.
  • Ensure sockets, plugs, and wires are away from water or wet floors to avoid electric shocks or shorting.

Warnings

  • Overloading damages the drum and motor, leading to costly repairs. Follow the manufacturer’s capacity limits..
  • Iurn off the machine during sudden power cuts or surges to prevent circuit damage.
  • Keep Away from Children: Always keep the lid closed and the machine unplugged when not in use.
  • Do Not Open While Spinning: Wait until the spin cycle stops completely before opening the lid to avoid injuries.

Frequently asked questions

First check that the machine is plugged in properly and the wall socket is working. Also check the main circuit breaker at home. If power is confirmed yet the machine doesn’t start, it could be a faulty door switch, control board or wiring issue—call us for diagnosis.
Common causes include an excess load (machine overloaded), a broken drive belt (in belt models), faulty motor coupling, jammed drum or blocked drain preventing spin. Our technician will inspect and advise the most cost‐effective fix.
This could be due to a blocked / kinked drain hose, a faulty drain pump, or the filter being blocked. We recommend frequent cleaning of the filter/drawer and ensuring the hose isn’t squeezed or bent.
Most common faults are fixed on‐site during one visit. If special parts are needed, our technician will inform you and return once parts arrive. We aim for same‐day response across Surat wherever possible.
